I’m the digital transformation lead at Omnicon, a solutions and consulting company.

We needed help with the development of an internal management platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed the MVP of our internal management platform. It’s going to help with all the project management of the company.
What is the team composition?
I’m in contact with Carlos (CEO) and one other person. There are more people behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Leanware?
Carlos used to work at our company before starting Leanware.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2018, and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS AND FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Everyone loves the software and says it’s very good for the business. The software is very intuitive. It was something we really needed.
How did Leanware perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Microsoft Teams. It’s a really nice partnership. They offer great support. When we need something, they support us quickly. When we talk with Carlos, he shows us that he understands what we need and adds value to our process. It’s been a really nice experience working with him. I’m in discussions with management to work with him on a second project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their work is very good. They’re transparent. When they’re not able to do something, they let us know why it’s not possible, and then they suggest other solutions. They’re very quick when they commit to something. They’re very professional. I really like working with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
My management said that they are expensive but their professional work is worth the price.
