We needed to speed up queries to our database.

Leanware has helped us with software architecture and development. They were able to bring down database logging tasks from five minutes to 20 seconds.

I’d worked with their CEO in the past so we used them for this project.

We started working with Leanware around February 2020. We’re getting quotes from them for additional work, and we plan to start that project in the next 2–3 months.

Leanware’s work has impacted us in a positive way. They improved report speed, which was a big problem for our users.
How did Leanware perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very organized in terms of methodology. We used Jira and other scrum tools, and their communication was very good.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were interested in identifying and solving our problem. They thought more about what the users were facing than about the technology itself.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I have nothing in mind at the moment.
