The situation
A software teams consultancy needed to staff its delivery teams with people who could hold the bar its own clients expect: developers, testers, and product owners who integrate into existing teams rather than operate as an external vendor.
What we built
Leanware embedded twelve team members across the consultancy’s software development teams, covering development, testing, and product ownership. Leanware management stayed close to the engagement: monitoring its people, mentoring them for growth, and resolving any issue the client raised quickly rather than letting it sit.
Outcome
-
12 embedded team members delivering feature content on time across multiple delivery teams
Source ↗

The review credits the strong work ethic and communication of the individual team members, and notes that Leanware builds teams aligned with values of integrity and quality, not just technical capability.
Per the confidentiality terms of the engagement, the client is identified only as a software consultancy; the engagement value is confidential.
