The situation
Toleap, a Swedish IT consulting agency, had two disconnected services that needed to talk to each other: the Twitch streaming platform and FastSpring, an e-commerce provider for digital storefronts. Documentation existed but the implementation was expected to be convoluted, and the niche skill set required had kept the project unstaffed for a while.
What we built
Leanware built the API integration and the notification pipeline between the two systems: when a customer makes a purchase, a notification carrying the purchase details is sent to the other service and processed there. Collaboration ran over Slack, Discord, and GitHub with a single primary point of contact on the Leanware side.
Outcome
-
Purchase-notification integration delivered to spec and running reliably

First project expanded into localization work and an ongoing multi-project collaboration

The integration worked to the exact specifications supplied, and the documentation of the final product was precise enough that Toleap calls it out in the Clutch review. On the strength of that first delivery, the collaboration expanded into Spanish and Portuguese localization projects and ongoing improvement of the web solution for a larger use case.
"They maintain really clear communication."
